| What can we say about this home? The pictures speak for themselves, but we do have a just a few details. First, 3 Bedrooms with King Beds each with a private bath. All bedrooms have Sony Wega TV’s, DVD, VCR and Premium Satellite including HBO & Showtime, CD clock/radios and premium mattresses with quality linens. The fireplace bedroom, (aka lips rooms) has a black leather comforter for the adventurous. The downstairs master features a huge walk-in closet, (no pics) and a huge bathroom with shower. The view room off the living room is a joy to wake up in and features a very large bath with step down shower and tub. The living room features expansive views, Sony Wega TV, custom silk couch and more. Designed in the 50’s, noted celebrities including producer Robert Evans of “The Godfather” fame visited on his honeymoon with Phyllis George, and former owners include the renowned Howard Hughes as well as other Hollywood notables.
